What website (s) can help me update my knowledge of Photoshop CS to CS4?

I work with Photoshop CS for years in school where I teach photography. Finally, approved for CS4. I used it a few hours and tried to scale the content knowledge and the Vanishing Point filter. I wonder What else has been added in recent versions years and where can I find a list, perhaps with demos or tutorials? Any ideas? Thanks for responding!

Well, there is a difference between CS and CS4 anyway., Psdtuts.com tutorialized.com that is sufficient. Google search writing Photoshop tutorials. I you already know.
